JULY 25, 2007 MONTREAL

This was our day to do Montreal. We started with the Imax and a show on Dinasors. This was the hightlight of Ben's trip. We then walked up to Notre Dame Church for as quick tour...this was no ones hightlight! From there it was to Chinatown. Each of the kids found something tobuy. Charlie a sword...Ben a talking Dinasor...Lily some art supplies. The kids bought mom a purse.

We had lunch at open bistro before going back to the boat. The weather continues to be hot and humid. That evening we went back to our favorite little resturant and order the seafood special for us all. It was a great feast, and everyone found something to eat.

The evening was topped off by a fireworks display. It seems Montreal is having an international competition and tonight Norway was featured. We took a tour boat and sat out in the river to watch them. One of the radio stations features music with them. The sky was filled for over a half hour.

Montreal is a great city, and you really do feel like you are in Europe.
